Noverload

The problem: People save hundreds of videos, threads and articles and never act on them. Keyword search can't find an idea you only half remember.
What we built: An ingestion pipeline across YouTube, X, Reddit, articles and PDFs; hybrid retrieval combining vector and full-text search with rank fusion; a chat interface with citations; and an MCP server so AI assistants can query a user's library directly.
What it taught us: Retrieval quality decides whether an AI assistant is trusted. We tune and evaluate it as its own system, not as a side effect of the model.

The problem: Independent traders need institutional-grade research and review, but won't upload their trading data to someone else's cloud.
What we built: A local-first Windows desktop app that parses platform logs into a local database, runs behavioral diagnostics and backtests with strict anti-lookahead rules, and embeds an AI agent that works over local files. Licensing is verified offline.
What it taught us: Not every AI product needs your data in the cloud. Local-first architecture can be the feature that wins customers who otherwise wouldn't buy.

What we built: A SaaS platform for test lab workflow automation: test management, result notifications and client reporting, designed from a decade of hands-on lab management experience.
What it taught us: The best automation comes from understanding the work first. Domain knowledge beats clever tooling.
